Frederik Tydén, born in 1985, created this sculpture based on Johann Christoph Petzholdt's figure from the 1750s, which is still placed on one of the gate pillars at the entrance to Designmuseum Danmark in Copenhagen. In the creation process, the original piece digitally divided into multiple parts and then reassembled into a new form, visibly bearing traces of that transformation.
